Twenty five-year-old Molly Higgins has been invited to join the American climbing team on a world-class expedition in the Soviet Union. Tackling the storm-ravaged peaks of a treacherous mountain range is a dangerous task taken on by only a select few. The chance of a lifetime, Molly willingly accepts the challenge.
